As the founder and CEO of Perennial Construction Solutions, Aaron brings a wealth of experience and an entrepreneurial eye to the Rethink leadership team. Originally hailing from Chapel Hill, N.C., Aaron moved to Manhattan to pursue a career in the construction industry after graduating from Stony Brook University. His first jobs included stints with the Design and Construction Department at Peter Cooper Village and Stuyvesant Town and a project manager role at the New York-based construction management firm Empire Core.
